Service
OliTrack is a free, open-source baby-tracking service. The source code is published under the MIT licence at github.com/jaypaulb/baby-tracker.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By creating a household, you attest that you are the parent or legal guardian of the children whose data you log, in accordance with GDPR Article 8 / COPPA.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Don't attempt to access another household's data, scrape, or run automated traffic.
- Don't try to circumvent the resource caps documented in the app.
Your data
You own the content you log. We need a non-exclusive licence to store and serve it back to the members of your household, but we do not claim any other right to it. See the privacy policy for details on storage and deletion.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. OliTrack is not a medical device. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from /me/delete. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
