OliTrack is a baby-tracking app. This page describes what data we collect, where it lives, and how to remove it.
What we collect
- Your Google account details (email, name, profile picture) when you sign in.
- The baby-tracking data you log: feeds, nappies, weights, milestones, photos.
- Technical request metadata (IP address, user agent) — held only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention.
Where it lives
- Application database: PostgreSQL on a server in Hungary (operator: Jaypaul Barrow).
- Photos: Cloudflare R2, EU jurisdiction.
- DNS, TLS termination, anti-bot challenge: Cloudflare.
Who we share with
Nobody, except the sub-processors named above (Cloudflare and Google as identity provider). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Cookies
OliTrack only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function: a session cookie, a CSRF cookie, and the Cloudflare Turnstile cookie used for bot prevention on the sign-in page. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can download a copy of all your data at any time from the Settings page (or directly at /me/export).
You can delete your account at any time from /me/delete. When you are the sole member of a household, that household's data is hidden immediately and permanently removed after 30 days.
